We are excited to have traffic going both directions on Main street for the entire length of the street! No more confusing blocks where some are two way and some are one way. Please be careful as everyone adjusts to the changes, the streets are very well marked and until the new solar paystations are installed, parking is free on our section of mainstreet!

Hopefully this will be the week 11/21 Main St in downtown OC will go back to 2 way! On Monday they will begin to re-stripe Main st. (weather permitting) Main st will be open from 6th- 9th streets and they However parking on the Bluff side of the streed will be closed off to allow workers a safe working zone, they will open it up as they complete block by block. We know this will be very inconvenient to our amazing customers but hope you will hang in there with us. Parking will be available on the side streets and up on the hill by the elevator. We are honored to be part of a city that has such a rich history! On really rainy days like today in Portland Metro (Oregon City) I really get excited for spring to arrive. My friend Laurie from Worthy Goods and I spent some time being creative today in order to bring a little sunshine to the Salon. Its time to add some sunshine to your hair - how about a new color, new style, some fabulous new products? We are carrying Kevin Murphy products as well as Bosley both are AMAZING and we are REALLY excited about their performance not only in the salon but in our clients lives (most imprortantly). Those toes are ready to show some pretty Spring time color too - Pedicures and Manicures are available with Sheryl, most relaxing and renewing.

Just as a reminder, the bridge will be closed for an extended period beginning tomorrow. There is still easy access to the downtown Oregon City area and our salon by using the Downtown Oregon City exit off I 205.

Do you make New Years resolutions? Mine is to take better care of myself which has several facets; physically, emotionally, spiritually. I have started in grand style, got my hair done today...You might think that as stylists we are always having our hair done, but it is actually the opposite! We all have been complaining about our own hair and decided that we should schedule a day of pampering for each of us. With the winter season fully here in Portland, it is easy to get caught up in the dreariness of the NW. I think the best way to fight that is to brighten up with a fresh color or a new style. It is amazing what a couple of hours can do for our self esteem and sanity! Come on in and let us give you a fresh look for the season. There are many good times to be had at the salon we all love what we do and have a blast doing it!

Claire, Whitney, Sheryl, Tiffany, Jessa and Tami are an amazing group of women that have come together with a multitude of talents to assist you. We offer everything for your haircare needs (Men and Women)- cuts, color, styling, special occasion hair, all necessary products as well as complimentary beverages. The atmosphere of the salon is very relaxing and fun; we are often told it is much like going to your best friends home for a visit. You will often find the stylists hanging out at the salon even if we are not working because we love it there so much! The ONLY professional smoothing treatment that imporves the health of the hair. Don't think straightner...you can keep your curls if you want, but lose the frizz!

There is currently a lot of press out there about this product. Please contact the salon if you have any questions or concerns about the process and/or product. As you can imagine, much of what you are hearing is being sensationalized by the media. We are working VERY closely with OSHA and OHSU in this process and have a direct connection to one of the product testers. We are basing our decision of whether or not and when to use these products on the scientific information we receive from them and the results of the actual tests.

Sheryl, Whitney, Carmen and myself are so excited to be in our new digs. So much fun for all of us to have a say in everything from the kind of music we play to the beverages we are serving you. We have had lots of positive feed back from our clients that have already come by for a visit.

You will notice continuous changes in the decor of the Salon. Laurie Miller- from Worthy Goods- is accumulating some of her wonderful vintage finds and creations to sell in the salon. We hope to add many more wonderful gifts as the days go by, so stop by often to check out what is new.
